So lets assume you’ve worked out when the best times are to post to Instagram, now how often should you be posting?

Posting frequency has a huge impact on your engagement rates. Post too often and you might be considered spammy. Post infrequently and you’ll lose the interest of your audience.  Whether you are an influencer, blogger or business, test for yourself and see how many times per day gets you the best return on engagement.

On the surface, the more frequently you post on Instagram, the more likes, comments and overall engagement you’ll receive from your target audience. Posting more increases engagement and also builds a follower base faster.
